The challenge

Persuading a heavily traditional, paper-based industry to adopt a blockchain-native platform for global supply chain visibility.

The idea

Build industry trust through system simplification. Use engaging, interactive motion to make the abstract concept of a 'blockchain ecosystem' feel accessible.

  • Accessible Build

    Built the entire website on Webflow, prioritizing full responsiveness and inclusive accessibility.

  • The Friction & Pivot

    Mapping user flows for abstract blockchain concepts proved highly complex. I partnered tightly with the strategy team to translate dense logic into an intuitive UX that traditional freight operators could easily navigate.

  • Motion Integration

    Advocated for and implemented Lottie animations to create engaging, lightweight technical visualizations of the data flow.

The outcome

Provided the digital foundation that helped streamline global containerized freight by replacing ambiguity with absolute digital clarity.
